From Honours through PhD to Lecturer, I’ve led and collaborated on a range of different research projects, spanning topics including; eating disorders, nutrition & dietetics, medical education, sleep apnoea, and physical activity.
My research has been included in Q1 journal articles, including the European Eating Disorders Review.
Alongside my research activity, I designed and delivered undergraduate and postgraduate units across health science, public health and medical degrees.
