I’m so glad you’ve found yourself here.

I created this resource because when I first started in VC, I truly had little idea wtf I was doing.

My pathway to VC was very non-traditional, and as a result, I was basically starting from zero.

In trying to figure out how to do my job, I found that while there was a lot of information out there, existing courses/materials tended to be:

• Fragmented and disorganised (i.e. all over the place)
• Confusing (i.e. assumed pre-existing subject knowledge)
• Inefficient (i.e. you have to read a 400 page book that could be summarised in 20)
• Expensive/exclusive (we’ll get to that soon)

Unlike many other industries, there aren’t really any degrees dedicated solely to being an investor.

As such, entering VC truly is a baptism of fire, and you’ll likely be thrown in the deep end.

This course is based on what I’ve learned in my first two years as an investor. It’s by no means exhaustive, and is designed to give you an overview of what I consider to be the most important basics for you to wrap your head around, and subsequently build upon in your own way.

Most of it is my own, but where others have explained it better/there are already great sources on the topic, I’ve linked directly out to their work.
